Reward toy.....

I'm so proud of how The Red Ranger has been doing with his studies here at home, the progress that he has made and how fast he's learning that I bought this little reward for him.
Its a Transformer Depthcharge Autobot, in ship form, and I was proclaimed THE BEST MOMMY IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD with a huge flying hug and it was said with great enthusiasm. Totally worth the price I paid for it!

I really had no idea of what to take a picture of so I took a picture of The Red Ranger's chalk board with our current ongoing lesson on it.
We're learning about museums, to go along with that new movie...lol, and when we are done we'll have our own museum exhibit. This is just our list of the different types of museums, each day we pick one and work on something for that sort of museum for our exhibit. Tuesday we did art and fingerpainted a dinosaur.

I just discovered this yesterday while our son was watching the Cartoon Network. In between the programs they showed a snippet of..............I LOVED this show as a child and now The Red Ranger is getting hooked on it!!
I can still remember them sliding down the big slide at the amusement park.......
Ah.....memories........hopefully exactly what we are creating for our son......wonderful childhood memories........

Night at the Museum 2 - Battle of the Smithsonian.

After watching the 1st Night at the Museum 'again' the night before, we took The Red Ranger to see the brand new movie on opening day. But, first Daddy came home with the new Happy Meal toys from the movie....Dum Dum, Rexy and Larry with the Octopus.
Loved the movie, perfect summer movie!
Our tickets are in the picture, along with the newspaper ad and the two books that we purchased after the movie, based on the movie. I love theme days like this one......

Sad thing about working in the service industry is that my poor hubby doesn't get the big holiday weekend off.....except for his usual Sunday (Yes, he had to work on Monday as well).
So, we went and did one of his favorite things and trolled around the Berlin Outdoor Auction/Flea Market here in NJ. These are our findings this time around.....
12 pk. of socks for The Red Ranger for $6 and ALL of the books were free!
Just left behind after the sellers left for the day, most of them are for our homeschool work.

Its been a long time and Walgreen's print special!

Hello all,
Its been a very long time with lots of stuff happening and I'm just getting back on track now.
Recently, my email account was broken into so I didn't even have access to my pages here on blogger! They also deleted me from my scrapbook groups, still trying to remember what groups I was a member of including the Project 365 one. they even got rid of my own scrapbook group so I've had to start up a new one and I barely have time for it.
Back in February I took my son out of the public school system so I've been homeschooling him, BIG adjustment for all of us and its taken up most of my time. My mother also became very ill recently so I've been spending the rest of my time tending and running around for her.
Right now I'm off to look over all of my Project 365 pics and to get them scrapped. I've got more to print up and Walgreen's is having their special again this week. It ends May 30th, 50 prints for $5 and all prints over the 50 are also .10 cents each. Code to enter at checkout is SUMMER5.

Quick Update.....

Well.....as some of you may have noticed I haven't posted anything for weeks. I'm sadly down with mono and will have to catch up on my project when I feel a better.
Hopefully in two weeks times or so, earlier if I have a good day.

Hope everyone else is healthy and doing well with their projects....
